Korean Bbq Recipe

The recipe for Korean BBQ?
Does anyone have a recipe for Korean barbecue. I have experienced many things and can not find any match the pre-made things they sell in the markets of the city of Korea. In addition, there is a secret to keep it fresh in adobo? Mine always comes out a bit salty, no matter the amount of sugar you use.
2 1 / 2 pounds beef tenderloin, sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons teaspoons sesame oil 2 teaspoons garlic minced 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon rice wine (sake) Pinch of black pepper 1 / 2 pieces of fresh kiwi, juice in blender sauce: 1 tablespoon paste tomato garlic 2 teaspoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons minced teaspoon cayenne 1 2 c. Salad oil tablespoons water 1 tea. Trim fat from meat with a knife. Spread the sugar evenly over the beef by sprinkling on each piece. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes. 2. In another bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, sake and black pepper. Set aside. 3. Massage meat with kiwi juice with your hands. The kiwi works as a softener. Add the mixture soy sauce and mix. Allow meat to marinate for 10 minutes. Because the meat is lean, which does not require long marinating. You are now ready to be burned. Ideal if the wood smoky grilled, but also good in a pan. Bake until golden, being careful to overcook. 4. Finally, to make sauce, combine all sauce ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on the side.
